MagicalWallet.com Affiliate Member Agreement:
Our Agreement is short and simple. Please take a moment to review it carefully!
This page provides the terms and conditions that any Affiliate Member
agrees to when becoming an Affiliate partner of MagicalWallet.com.
1. Affiliate Enrollment:
To become a Affiliate Member, each applicant must:
- Read and agree to this agreement
- Fill up the necessary field in the Enrollment Form and submit the form
- Operate a Web Site that does not conflict with the internal beliefs and morals
of MagicalWallet.com.
2. MagicalWallet.com responsibilities:
In return MagicalWallet.com will process your application within 24 hours,
and email you one of the following:
- Rejection of your Enrollment with the associated reason. (you may re-apply
anytime)
- Acceptance of your Enrollment. This email will contain all the information
necessary to start your Affiliate Membership.
MagicalWallet.com will be solely responsible to fulfill all orders,
including, order and payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns and
customer service.
MagicalWallet.com will provide Affiliate Members with a Web interface to
check the sales generated by the links from their site to MagicalWallet.com.
3. Affiliate Member responsibilities:
Once enrolled as a Affiliate Member, to entice your visitors to come to our
site, you shall display only our provided banner throughout your
site at a frequency you deem adequate, and with our consent.
MagicalWallet.com will visit your site from time to time to check for
compliance to this agreement. At any time, MagicalWallet.com reserves the right
to terminate your membership when compliance to this document is not met.
4. Affiliate Commission:
Commission Payment:
Only orders paid in full by visitor will be commissioned.
MagicalWallet.com will review each account on the first of the month.
The Affiliate Member will receive a monthly commission check if the following
requirement is met:
A minimum of $ 10.00 (ten) commission is owed to the Affiliate Member.
If less than $ 10.00 (ten), MagicalWallet.com will not send a check. The
commission is set aside and the account is reviewed the following month. If the
accumulated amount of $ 10.00 is reached, MagicalWallet.com will send a
commission check of the appropriate amount to the Affiliate Member.
Commission rates:
Commission rate will be 10% percent of the aggregate amount actually
paid to us by visitors of your site who purchase merchandise utilizing the Links
between our site and your site, excluding amounts collected by us for sales
taxes, duties, gift-wrapping, shipping, handling, and similar charges, amounts
due to credit card fraud and bad debt, and credits for returned goods.
5. Term of the Agreement:
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate
Enrollment and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or
MagicalWallet.com may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without
cause, by giving the other party Emailed notice of termination. You are only
eligible to earn commission on sales occurring during the term, and fees earned
through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related
merchandise orders are not canceled. We may withhold your final payment for a
reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
6. Agreement Modification:
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, at
any time in our sole discretion. You will be notified by email and a change
notice will be posted on our site. Modifications may include, but are not
limited to, changes in the scope of available commission , commission schedules,
payment procedures, and Affiliate rules. If any modification is unacceptable
to you, your recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued
participation in the Affiliate Program following our posting of a change
notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the
change.
